Please be advised that The Community Builders, Inc. (TCB) and our Development Team will be hosting a public meeting and design workshop on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 between 6:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. at the Depot Building, 39 South Street, Oberlin, as the next step in the development of the Green Acres site located at East College Street and Oberlin Road. 

Project Architect Moody Nolan, will facilitate a discussion of the design studies to date.  The Development Team???s Construction Manager and Sustainability Consultant will also attend to gather community input.

The goals for this meeting:

• update the public on the project status and timing.
• gather feedback on the design schemes in development and identify strengths and areas for further study.
• hear community input on neighborhood goals and aspirations.

The Team will arrange a follow up meeting later this fall where we can present more developed project plans for further input.
